Privacy Statement

 

According to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR

The controller of personal data is the PRIMON charity foundation, headquartered at Hontianska út 84 936 01 Šahy, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 52 928 683 registered in the register of civil non-profit organizations of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. (hereinafter referred to as "operator ")

The purpose of data processing, legal basis, scope of data and retention period

 

The user's name, surname, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account details, or the processing of the same data is carried out:

 

• for the purpose of facilitating the activities of the foundation; until the withdrawal of consent, for a maximum of 3 years from the provision of personal data.

 

• for the purpose of presenting the activities of the foundation; until the withdrawal of consent, for a maximum of 3 years from the provision of personal data.

 

We process the personal data of donors, including surname, first name, address, phone number, email address, and banking information:

 

especially for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the foundation law; for 3 years from the provision of consent.

Processing of personal data regarding the name, surname, and email address on the contact form:

 

• for the purpose of contact;

• if the request does for a period of 2 months

 

Recipients of personal data

 

We generally do not transfer the personal data we process to other recipients. If your personal data is processed for the purpose of facilitating the activities of the foundation, it data, including the surname, will become accessible to the public through presentation on social media and the operator's website. Therefore, every visitor to any social media where the foundation has a profile and visitors to the foundation's website, as well as other recipients of the foundation's advertising and promotional materials, will become recipients. If necessary, we will provide your personal data to the authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

 

The rights of the data subjects

 

the right to request access to personal data from the data controller

 

You have the right to request confirmation from the data controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, you are entitled to access such personal data and information related to it.

 

the right to rectification

 

You have the right to have the data controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement;

 

the right to erasure

 

if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, you withdraw your consent, if you do not agree to the processing of personal data, and the processing has no compelling legitimate grounds, the personal data have been processed unlawfully, or they must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation, you have the right to the erasure of personal data;

 

the right to restriction of processing

 

You have the right in the following cases:

 

• if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows the data controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,

• The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, and instead request the restriction of their use,

• the data controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing,but you need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,

• if you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR,until it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of the data controller override your legitimate grounds;

 

the right to object to data processing

 

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons related to your particular situation, including objection to profiling; the data controller may not continue to process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests.

 

the right to data portability

 

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us as a data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom you provided the personal data.

 

the right to withdraw consent

 

the processing of your personal data is based on consent; you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

 

to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

 

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Slovak Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovakia.
